RETURN EXCHANGE REFUND AGENDA


  • When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
  • 1. Discounted Products:
  • • Products purchased on discount or during sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • 2. Regular Products:
  • • If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • • Issues reported after 24 hours will not be considered for resolution.
  • 3. No Refund Policy:
  • • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • 4. Exchange Policy:
  • • Exchanges are only applicable for regular-priced items and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • • Exchanges are subject to product availability and can only be made for an item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • 5. Shipping and Delivery:
  • • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • • Any shipping charges for exchanges or returns (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
  • 6. Order Cancellation:
  • • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no cancellations will be entertained.
  • 7. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • • In case of a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will investigate and provide a resolution.
  • 8. Color and Size Disclaimer:
  • • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or monitor differences.
  • • Ensure you check the size guide before making a purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
