RETURN EXCHANGE REFUND AGENDA
- When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
- 1. Discounted Products:
- • Products purchased on discount or during sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- 2. Regular Products:
- • If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- • Issues reported after 24 hours will not be considered for resolution.
- 3. No Refund Policy:
- • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- 4. Exchange Policy:
- • Exchanges are only applicable for regular-priced items and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- • Exchanges are subject to product availability and can only be made for an item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- 5. Shipping and Delivery:

- • Any shipping charges for exchanges or returns (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
- 6. Order Cancellation:
- • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no cancellations will be entertained.
- 7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- • In case of a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will investigate and provide a resolution.
