1. Discounted and Promotional Products
• No Returns or Exchanges: Products purchased on sale, using promo codes, or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing discounted items.
2. Regular Purchases
• Issue Reporting: For regular-priced items, any issues (e.g., manufacturing defects or incorrect items) must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order. Issues reported beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
• Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchanges are only allowed for regular-priced items and must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• The exchange can only be made for an item of equal or higher value, and the price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.
3. No Refund Policy
• No Refunds Under Any Circumstances: We strictly do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction or incorrect purchases. Customers may only opt for an exchange as per our policy.
4. Exchange Conditions
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, customers can choose another item of equal or higher value.
• Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Product Inspection Before Purchase
• In-Store Purchases: Customers are encouraged to inspect products carefully before leaving the store.
• Online Orders: Customers must review size guides, material details, and product descriptions before placing an order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience. However, delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Shipping Errors: The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
• Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, the customer may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value.
8. Non-Returnable Items
• The following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Products purchased on discount or promotion
• Customized or personalized items
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering
9. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

• Size Accuracy: Customers must refer to our size chart before making a purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
11. Customer Responsibility
• It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the product details, our policies, and the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Ignorance of the policy will not be considered as grounds for exceptions.
